If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund. If you wish to return your order please contact our customer services team within 14 days of receiving your goods by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Once you have been in contact with our customer service team you must return the unwanted goods to us within 14 days.
All returned goods must be received by us in their original condition and must be unopened.
Refunds will be issued by us within 1-2 days of us receiving your goods back; however, please be aware that refunds may take 3-5 working days to reach your account.
When returning items the buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges unless the items are faulty and/or damaged in transit or incorrect items have been received.
We advise that when returning goods you use a fully tracked shipping service and you gain proof of postage when sending the items as the goods are your responsibility until they are received by us. When we are responsible for the shipping charges we will have the items collected by a third party courier and we will send you a shipping label by email for you to print and attach to the parcel.
When returning goods please make sure that they are packaged well so that they cannot be damaged in transit.
We do not ever charge any additional fees such as restocking or refund handling fees.
