Where Can we Ship to?
Panda Sweets deliver to most places worldwide. At the moment our website is only set up to offer UK shipping; however, we do deliver worldwide. To get a shipping quote for your location or if you have any other questions then please contact us via email to email@example.com and we will be happy to help.
All of our orders are hand delivered using a fully tracked, quick and reliable courier service. All orders placed before 2pm are usually despatched the same day and all other orders are despatched the next day (Monday-Friday). Our delivery partner delivers Monday-Saturday inclusive.
Lighter orders (those under 2kg in weight) are sent using Royal Mail on a 48 hour service. Heavier orders (those over 2kg in weight) are sent with Parcelforce using a next day delivery service.

How Much is Shipping?
Your shopping cart will show you your shipping costs and you will be always be notified of the delivery costs before entering your credit or debit card details.
UK Delivery is always free for orders over £40.00.
For orders under £40, depending on the total weight of the order, you will be offered Royal Mail (generally 2 working days) at £2.99 or Parcelforce (generally next day delivery) at £5.99.
Delivery outside of the UK starts from just £6.00.
Delivery outside of the UK may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. If shipping taxes are to be paid the shipping company should contact you by telephone once your products arrive in your country to let you know the charge due or else you should consult your local customs office. Unfortunately, we cannot advise you what these charges will be and Panda Sweets is not responsible for them.
Important Notes Regarding Delivery
It is important that somebody it at home to accept the delivery as a signature may be required; if you are not at home the courier may leave your parcel with a neighbour, in a safe place or they may return the parcel to their depot to be delivered another day or collected. It is your responsibility to either collect the parcel or re-arrange delivery.
